For years it was my goal to collect every Easter Seal figurine. An I was doing really good for a while there. Then I didn't collect any new (or used) figurines for a few years. When I started back up I just didn't think too much about it. I'm sure I'm behind even more now, but I did pick this one up on my last antique trip.
